Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Ensana, a destination heralded for its architectural elegance, I found myself pondering the balance between luxury and practical value. The building itself is a stunning example of modern design fused with historical elements—truly a visual treat. My room was spacious, airy, and well-appointed, making for a pleasant retreat. The indoor/outdoor pools were wonderfully maintained, offering an oasis of relaxation post-gathering. I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast experience. My full English breakfast felt overly processed and lacking the attention one might expect in a hotel of this caliber. The overall service was inconsistent; while some staff were friendly, others appeared a bit tense, possibly indicative of deficiencies in hotel management rather than individual fault. If you place high value on expansive spa facilities and charming architecture, Ensana delivers. Just be mindful of their breakfast offerings and service consistency when considering your budget—sometimes, a high price tag doesn’t always equal a satisfying experience. Ultimately, it’s an enriching stay if you prioritize aesthetics with a splash of wellness.
